UCLA Destroys Arizona

What an amazing game Saturday night. There was a lot of competition all over the nation. UCLA against Arizona was a very interesting game. If you don't know already, UCLA beat Arizona 56-30, going 4-0 in the season. I couldn't watch the first half of the game but I did have the time to watch the second half which seemed more entertaining for me. UCLA did pick up their offense and defense from the previous game against BYU. Speaking about BYU, the did play Michigan yesterday and they were shutout by the wolverines 31-0. Forget about the BYU game and let's focus on UCLA football. In my opinion, both the Bruins and the Wildcats are great teams. I think the most obvious reason Arizona lost was because they had a very rough game. During the game they lost their quarterback, Anu Solomon, with a head injury. After that, things went horribly wrong for Arizona. This helped UCLA pick up their huge lead. All in all, it was a great game. Tune in next week to see my review on UCLA against Arizona State.

Welcome! UCLA Beats BYU 24-23

Welcome to my blog. On this blog I will be posting mainly basketball news and scores. Today I will not be doing any scores or news on basketball because the NBA season hasn't officially started. I will be talking about college football today, specifically UCLA beating BYU 24-23 yesterday night at the Rose Bowl. It was a very close match but running back Paul Perkins held UCLA on his back to earn the win. Without his help, UCLA probably wouldn't have won. Perkins was UCLA's leading rusher last season in the PAC 12. Coach Bronco Mendenhall (BYU's Coach) said Perkins was a huge difference in the game, and this loss him has brought him 1-6 between top 10 teams. Now let's remove the spotlight on Paul Perkins and focus on Nate Starks. Eventually, Paul Perkins got tired and UCLA has substituted Nate Stark for Perkins. With 3:25 remaining in the 4th and final quarter, Stark rushed to earn a touchdown 3 yards from the end zone scoring the winning touchdown. After this touchdown, it was BYU's turn to score but with 1:00 left the ball got intercepted meaning BYU couldn't win the game unless it was a miracle. The final score was 24-23 making UCLA 3-0 in the season and BYU 2-1. Next week, I will also be doing a recap on a specific football game.
