Warriors Still Undefeated? (21-0)

The warriors are still undefeated. As of right now, the are 21-0 already breaking history. They hold the title for best start of all time and still continue to dominate the court. In my opinion, this streak was really based of luck and teamwork. Most of their opponents were fairly bad teams and they have gotten lucky against better teams. Still, I'm really impressed with their hot start and I hope they can break the record for longest winning streak. I would be mind blown if it actually happened. I also think teamwork was a very big factor for this team. The warriors would pass the ball a lot looking for someone who was open for the shot. Instead of one player scoring all the points, the whole team is scoring even thought Steph Curry can rack up almost 40 points a game. Steph Curry has had just an amazing start probably making him a possible contender for MVP. My only problem with him is that he relies too much on outside shooting especially the 3 pointer. I think he would be a better player if he also scored more inside the paint but anyways the Warriors are doing pretty well and I'm impressed with their hot start. Lets Go Warriors!

Warriors Starting Off the Season Strong

The warriors are starting the season strong going 11-0 to be the top team in the league. This hot start determines how much of a good team they are. They are just dominating the court but can still win in very close games. The teams that the warriors have been playing are pretty good teams. I'm very impressed with their hot start and I can believe that they can bring another title to the Warriors sometime soon. From all the Warriors games I watched, they have been very lucky and winning by a couple points. Stephen Curry, the warriors starting point guard, has also had a very hot start. Just yesterday, he surpassed his father , Dell Curry, in most three pointers made moving up to #42. The former MVP has been contributing to his team so much with his amazing start. His ability to shoot the ball is helping his team build this streak. Stephen Curry is getting recognized on how good he is at the game. All in all the Warriors are a very underrated team and I do believe they can bring another title to the Golden State.

NBA Standings ( Western and Eastern Conference)

Here are the NBA standings as of today, November 6, 2015. First let's start off with the Western Conference. At the #1 spot in the west is the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors have had a hot start going 5-0 in the season. In other words, they are dominating the court and are basically unstoppable. At the #2 spot are the Clippers. The Clippers are 4-1 in the season losing to the Warriors by 4. All in all the Clippers are doing well and definitely deserve a spot in the playoffs. After the Clippers are the Trail Blazers. They are 4-2 but still at the #3 spot. Next up, at the number 5 spot are the Spurs. They are 3-2 and have had a decent start but not the best. In my opinion, their best players are getting old (For the NBA) and don't perform at their best anymore. At the #6 spot are the Jazz also 3-2. Next up are the Thunder holding that #7 spot going 3-3 to start of the season. At the #8 spot are the Timberwolves 2-2 in the season having a rough start in the season. Following them at the #9 spot are the Grizzlies 3-3 in the season also having a pretty rough start. At the #10-#15 spot are teams who have more losses than wins. At the #10 spot are the Nuggets 2-3 in the season. Also the Mavericks and Rockets are 2-3 in the season. The Mavericks are at the #11 spot and the Rockets are at the #12 spot both having a rough start. At the #13 spot are the Kings who are 1-4 in the season having a bad start. Next up are the Pelicans and Lakers who are both 0-4 with no wins yet. Pelicans are #14 and the Lakers are #15 both having horrible starts.
Now let's go to the eastern conference. At the #1 spot are the Raptors. The have had a tremendous start kicking the season 5-0. After the Raptors' at the #2 spot are the Hawks who are 5-1 in the season. They also are at a great start. At the #3 spot are the Cavaliers who are 4-1 in the season also with a great start. Coming up at the #4 and #5 spot are the Pistons and Wizards both 3-1 in the season. Following up are the Bulls at the #6 spot 4-2 in the season. Holding the #7 spot are the Heat 3-2 in the season. Now at he #8 spot on are teams that have more losses than wins. At the #8 spot are the Knicks 2-3 in the season. The #9 Pacers, #10 Hornets and #11 Bucks are also 2-3 in the season having a decent start. At the 12 spot are the Celtics who are 1-3 in the season. Following them at the #13 spot are the Magic 1-4 in the season not having the best start. At the #14 spot are the 76rs who are 0-4 in the season still looking for their first win. Finally at the #15 spot are the Nets 0-5 in the season also still waiting for their first win. That's all the teams of the NBA. Next week I might do league standing but anyways, thanks for reading.

Carmelo Anthony Leaving the Knicks?

If you are a Knicks fan you should definitely continue reading. Carmelo Anthony also known as Melo might been leaving his team. There are rumors going around about this and this has not been confirmed. This is just a rumor. Anyways, it is rumored that Melo might leave the Knicks in search for the highly valued NBA Championship. He is in search for the NBA title but his team isn't good enough to reach that point. If I was in his shoes, I would request for a trade by the middle of the season. Everyone knows that Carmelo is a very competitive guy. There are a lot of great teams out there that can contribute for his mission. In my opinion, the Lakers or the Clippers my be a great choice for him. There are a lot of great players on both teams and he would fit on either team. Do you think he might leave New York. Leave it down in the comments. Anyways, I do hope he leaves because it is a great choice for him and his quest for an NBA Title. Anyways, thanks for reading.

Will the Los Angeles Lakers Make it to the Playoffs?

Before I say anything, this post is based on my opinion. There has been a lot of controversy on the LA Lakers. In my honest opinion, I really don't think they will make it to the playoffs. Their team roster in my opinion isn't really good. They only good players they have are Kobe Bryant, Roy Hibbert and Nick Young. Kobe is kind of old already (In terms of NBA age) and probably won't be as good as he was back then. Anyways, the Lakers are pretty over rated and the L.A. Clippers seem like a far much superior team. The Clippers have a lot of great shooters while the Lakers have a lot of young unexperienced players. Going back to what I was saying, at least the Lakers will make it to the number 8 seed but they probably will not. A lot of people do thing that the Lakers are amazing but in reality they are not so good as people think. Anyways, that all I really have to say. I can't wait for the official NBA season to start. I wonder who will become NBA Champions of the 2015-2016 season. Who knows? There are a lot of good teams in the NBA battling to become NBA Champs. Leave a comment on who you think will become NBA Champs. Anyways, thanks for reading!

Lamar Odom at a Hospital in Vegas?

If you haven't heard already, former NBA player Lamar Odom was unconscious and sent to a hospital in Vegas. Apparently, he had mixed a dangerous substance that consisted of pills and alcohol. At the hospital, he was in an coma for a couple of days. Just yesterday, he had woken up from the coma and is responsive. He said good morning to  Khloe Kardashian. It is unknown if he will still be able to walk or if he had a stroke. Over the past few days, he has improved and has been cooperating with doctors. However, he was seriously damaged to his vital organs but he is improving. He was found at a brothel near Vegas. The owner of the place told reporters that he had spent 75 thousand dollars at the brothel. He also said employees had found him unconscious with a pink like fluid coming out of his mouth and nose unknown if it was the substance or vomit. Anyways, that all I know but tune in next week for some NBA news.

NBA Preseason has Begun. Last College Football Blog.

This is my last college football blog and I decided to talk about a different team rather than UCLA. Today I will talk about the USC Washington game. USC did lose the game 17-12 making them 3-2 in the season. I am both a UCLA and USC fan and I don't like one team more than the other. Anyways, it was a disappointing game for USC to lose. Washington had managed to beat USC and their former coach Steve Sarkisian. Sarkisian was the former coach for the Huskies from 2009 to 2013 but left to Southern California to become coach for the Trojans. Sarkisian mainly took the blame for not coaching the Trojans well enough but I still think USC didn't play at their best. Cody Kessler wasn't doing very well throwing 2 interceptions. USC finally managed to score a touchdown until Ronald Jone's short play. The Washington defense was too much for USC and USC defense wasn't very well at all. The Trojans even lost one of there players, Max Teurk, with a sprained ankle. Just to conclude USC didn't play very well so we will have to see how they play next game. Anyways, thank for reading my last football blog and I'm now doing NBA blogs starting next week. ( I might do College Football blogs occasionally. I might do these blogs once a month or once every two months.)

UCLA Streak is Over

UCLA had a stunning game last night, losing to Arizona State. The loss ended their four game streak. It was a close match, but in the fourth quarter Arizona scored a touchdown preventing UCLA to score 2 touchdowns in less than 1 minute. The final score was 38-23. UCLA is now 4-1 in the season and Arizona State is 3-2. UCLA defense was great but not good enough to withstand the ASU offense.  ASU had a horrible September but were able to rebound from all of those losses starting with the win against UCLA. ASU were crushed by USC, so that makes me think that UCLA might lose to USC. UCLA plays Stanford next Saturday and my predictions are that Stanford is a superior team than UCLA so they will win. Anyways, next week  I will talk about the UCLA Stanford game.

UCLA Destroys Arizona

What an amazing game Saturday night. There was a lot of competition all over the nation. UCLA against Arizona was a very interesting game. If you don't know already, UCLA beat Arizona 56-30, going 4-0 in the season. I couldn't watch the first half of the game but I did have the time to watch the second half which seemed more entertaining for me. UCLA did pick up their offense and defense from the previous game against BYU. Speaking about BYU, the did play Michigan yesterday and they were shutout by the wolverines 31-0. Forget about the BYU game and let's focus on UCLA football. In my opinion, both the Bruins and the Wildcats are great teams. I think the most obvious reason Arizona lost was because they had a very rough game. During the game they lost their quarterback, Anu Solomon, with a head injury. After that, things went horribly wrong for Arizona. This helped UCLA pick up their huge lead. All in all, it was a great game. Tune in next week to see my review on UCLA against Arizona State.

Welcome! UCLA Beats BYU 24-23

Welcome to my blog. On this blog I will be posting mainly basketball news and scores. Today I will not be doing any scores or news on basketball because the NBA season hasn't officially started. I will be talking about college football today, specifically UCLA beating BYU 24-23 yesterday night at the Rose Bowl. It was a very close match but running back Paul Perkins held UCLA on his back to earn the win. Without his help, UCLA probably wouldn't have won. Perkins was UCLA's leading rusher last season in the PAC 12. Coach Bronco Mendenhall (BYU's Coach) said Perkins was a huge difference in the game, and this loss him has brought him 1-6 between top 10 teams. Now let's remove the spotlight on Paul Perkins and focus on Nate Starks. Eventually, Paul Perkins got tired and UCLA has substituted Nate Stark for Perkins. With 3:25 remaining in the 4th and final quarter, Stark rushed to earn a touchdown 3 yards from the end zone scoring the winning touchdown. After this touchdown, it was BYU's turn to score but with 1:00 left the ball got intercepted meaning BYU couldn't win the game unless it was a miracle. The final score was 24-23 making UCLA 3-0 in the season and BYU 2-1. Next week, I will also be doing a recap on a specific football game.
